- Go to Settings on your Fire TV App.

- There, find and choose the option “Reset to Factory Defaults”.
- Then click on “Reset”.
Note: This option will only work for you if your Fire TV is not frozen or you can still navigate through menus.
Option 2: USB Keyboard
